I was surprised to learn my blog was picked up by numerous sites around the web. I had thought I was just going to let this go and start all over. No not a good idea I see as I get responses from this blog from all over the world. It's quite amusing and flattering . I know I am no Dr , but I am living the life of an "affected" person. I enjoying hearing from you all and hearing your stories as well! Everyone has a story and should tell it . People helping people in a perfect world its a great thing. We somehow have lost that during the way up to greed, selfishness, and complete disregard for others. Oh stop LOL.
Summer is a great season here in New England. We get to thaw out, grow some plants and socialize outdoors! It's not so easy being on the meds during these hot , hot, humid days. My usual advice DRINK WATER and eat plenty of great fresh vegetables and fruits. Take your meds before you go to sleep if you can........it helps with the nausea and you can start the day without feeling crappy! Consult your Dr before you change anything with your Meds .
