First Treatment - May 27th

This is my first day doing my Hep -C treatment. I decided I would do it myself . I did everything by the book . Took a little of my belly fat and at a 24 degree angle plunged the needle in me , no pain. I thought.... hmmm.... this maybe ok. As the afternoon wore on my body ached , I was so tired. I knew these would, of course, be the side effects coming on . So I walked my boy (my Maltese, Patric) cause its not his fault I feel like crap and he has his needs. I thought I would pass out there on the street. He knew cause he took it slow and was an angel (which is unusual for him, he's usually "chucky"). I got home and collapsed in my bed and slept the entire afternoon into the early evening. I got up with the aches, the pains and now my head hurt. I decided it was time for some square breathing, which I learned from listening to Dr Joy Browne (http://www.drjoy.com/). It really works clearing your head, getting air into your lungs. I then meditated , walked the dog etc., and went back to bed.

This is pretty much how the whole week went, some days I even felt normal as if the massive fight wasn't going on in my body , but most of the time I could feel it fighting .
