Seasons change .

And the days go by so quickly. I have been enjoying my summer and being able to do all sorts of outdoor activities. Including painting. Such a great way to lose your thoughts and let them wander into every stroke you take. I have never liked painting (just the house kind) and really quite frankly suck at it! Painting requires alot of  patience and  sometimes concentration especially for doing the small parts - the molding and the door frames - without going outside the  lines.  Funny when you think of that you can compare it to life, the concentration, the patience that it takes to go through life. Every relationship has its fragility and strongholds, trying not to go outside the lines. Ha as I grow older with this disease I feel a sense of responsibility not to go outside the lines. I never want to throw my status into others faces or lives, nor do I want it to control mine in a negative way. Everyday I live with it , I don't let it live me .
Counseling is the greatest way to cope with various hard situations......maybe not even hard but emotional. I certainly never thought I would be able to sit down and talk to a stranger about things I don't  want to talk about or even think about . Memories that have a red circle with an x going through it .  They are locked far into my subconscious  so I will be safe from them.
My memories cannot harm me as long as I acknowledge them and  set them free . Stress is a debilitating emotion  - the more you take out of your life the better your body is at the fight. Best to you all, stay safe , be healthy !

September 11, will always be a hard date for us Americans , we shall never forget all of the people who perished and those who continue to fight the war on terrorism. Blessed be
