Hi folks ,
Hope you're all doing well, its very hot here and that just makes things worse. I slept all day yesterday, no kidding - my poor baby dog had to lick my face to get me up to walk him ...but I did ...he is learning to poop on command. I should sign him up for that new show about outstanding dogs.
So not much to tell but I feel ok today amidst the heat and the fact I have not eaten anything today (I don't encourage this at all). I do think I need to get one of those daily pill holders cause I took my zoloft twice today, at least I think I did. Anyway, that would be a good investment. Ok, till next time readers. DRINK WATER
