My journey through life with HIV and HEP-C .

Well, it's 50 degrees and ............

Spring is around the corner - yeah!  That means more walking, exercising and time spent outdoors. Fabulous! I enjoy the outdoors and anyone with HIV should be exercising. I know how hard it is to do unless you are a gym rat (I hate gyms they are dirty, flirty and who can get any work done with all of those gleaming bods staring back at you?!). Seems strange, but my body is in pretty good shape for never entering a gym in my life.
Working out can include alot of things other than walking on a tread mill and lifting weights. Yoga is a good way to mesh mind and body.  I guess I am a self taught yoga-ista. I found a book, I read it and made changes to fit my needs. You cannot just sit around and expect that is doing you any good . We are not just helping our bodies but building our immune system. What ever you decide to do, stay hydrated  and  move around for at least 30 minutes a day!  Let's start spring on the right foot (no pun). Get up, get out,  MOVE ! Blessed be !
