Well if it isn't so....

I have a great gal who has written to me twice. I usually get very sick in the am and she suggested eating something fatty before taking my Ribasphere (sounds so nuclear, feels it as well). So today I ate a bowl of ice cream before taking them...and it was so much better!!! Thanks "L" hang in there! .........and thank you for the advice!! Hey not so bad......Ice Cream for breakfast!
